    This is a common acronym in the frog hobbyist realm. A few of our frog listings will have this acronym, signifying that the frog pictured is the exact frog that you will recieve.

  • How It Works

    WYSIWYG listings will start with this acronym. From there, make sure that the text label in the bottom right corner of the image of the frog matches the option box that you are selecting.

  • Its Purpose

    For most of our listings, the frog pictured is one of our frogs, but likely not the exact frog that you will receive. WYSIWYG listings, in contrast, have the image of the frog that you will get.

Hi, I’m Jacob — the owner and creator behind Jake's Jewels of the Jungle.

I started this business from a genuine passion for dart frogs, vivariums, and designing better products for the hobby. What began as keeping frogs and creating custom solutions for my own setups eventually turned into offering those same products and animals to others in the community.

I focus on producing healthy captive-bred animals, maintaining quality bioactive cultures, and designing practical 3D printed products that improve enclosure functionality while still looking natural and clean.
