Live Animals Disclaimer

All live animal sales are final.

Live animals sold through this website include dart frogs, isopods, springtails, and other live organisms intended for educational, hobbyist, or display purposes.

By purchasing live animals, you acknowledge:

  • You understand proper husbandry requirements
  • You accept full responsibility for providing appropriate care after arrival
  • We are not responsible for losses due to improper care, environmental conditions, or acclimation after delivery

All live animal shipments are subject to our Shipping Policy and Live Arrival Guarantee requirements.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

Live animal orders may be eligible for our Live Arrival Guarantee only if all requirements outlined in our Shipping Policy are strictly met.

Failure to comply with pickup windows, reporting timelines, or documentation requirements may void eligibility for any replacement, refund, or credit.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display and describe all products, including live animals and 3D printed items.

However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Minor variations in appearance (including color, size, or texture) may occur, especially in live animals and 3D printed products.

3D Printed Products & Dry Goods

All 3D printed items are produced in-house and may show natural characteristics of the printing process, including layer lines or minor surface variations.

These characteristics are not considered defects unless they affect functionality.

Dry goods and vivarium accessories are intended for hobby and display use unless otherwise specified.

Orders, Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order
  • Modify or discontinue products without notice
  • Correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time

If we cancel an order, we will issue a refund for any payment received.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

All shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer, except where covered under an approved Live Arrival Guarantee claim.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Live animals are non-returnable and non-refundable except under approved Live Arrival Guarantee claims.

Non-living products may be eligible for return within the stated return window, subject to conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly first before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Denial of future orders
  • Disqualification from Live Arrival Guarantee coverage
  • Submission of evidence to payment processors confirming delivery and policy acceptance

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
